Pastor Dale Collins and Mrs. Leah Collins
Pastor Dale Collins was born and raised in Arkansas. At 20 years old became faithful in serving the Lord in any way he could. He met Leah Filiatreau in 1981 and married her six months later. They have two sons, Cambrin and Canaan, and twelve grandchildren. Bro. Collins was trained as a surgical nurse in 1982 and left the medical profession after graduating from Blessed Hope Baptist College in Benton, Arkansas. He and his wife accepted a full-time ministry position at the Calvary Boys Ranch in Eufaula, Oklahoma in March of 1998. After twenty years of serving at Calvary Boys Ranch, he and his wife accepted the call in August of 2018 as pastor of Luther Road Baptist Church in Luther, Oklahoma. In April of 2023, Bro. Collins and his wife returned to Arkansas, accepting the position of pastor of Blessed Hope Baptist Church in Alma, Arkansas. Bro. Collins earned a Bachelor of Theology degree from Blessed Hope Baptist College in Benton, Arkansas, a Master of Theology degree and Doctor of Divinity degree from Calvary Baptist Bible Institute in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Bro. Collins was licensed and ordained in the state of Oklahoma.
Mrs. Leah Collins was also born and raised in Arkansas and made a profession of faith as a young girl but later realized something was missing. After two years of marriage truly accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour. Mrs. Collins is a church pianist, Sunday school teacher and an amazing pastor’s wife. Sis. Leah earned a Bachelor of Religious Education from Calvary Baptist Bible Institute in Eufaula, Oklahoma. Mrs. Collins has 20 years’ experience as a financial church secretary at Calvary Baptist Ministries and five years’ experience as the same for Luther Road Baptist Church. She also was secretary of the music depart-ment for five years at Heartland Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Currently Mrs. Collins is the financial secretary for Blessed Hope Baptist Church.
